How about a "White Christmas" theme for him?

That is a brilliant idea!!  ;D I will help if I can, since Noah is white and from Adel CP. I honestly don't find the white fur a problem, I've only ordered a Furminator because he gets furballs. Everyone comments how striking Noah is, and he matches all my decor it's like having a 'designer' cat.
:'( My beautiful Noah rescued 13/02/09, adopted 11/10/09, taken 11/02/11 :'( You deserved so much more.

one of the big advantages in getting cats and kittens looking for new homes into a local paper is that older people, who do not use the internet and who therefore do not visit places like Cat Chat almost always buy their local paper every week

Very good point Trigger.

One of our local papers that sponsors the RSPCA actually put 4 kittens on the front page (and page 3  :) ) this week that were dumped outside the vets at 7am last week (with CCTV footage) - they are currently being looked after by our Caroline  :Luv2:

Page 2 is dogs trust news so maybe they are no longer "proud sponsors of the RSPCA"?  :shify:

Fox would be very happy to know he has all these fans - why aren't the people of Leeds falling for his charms????!!!!

We thought he was deaf for a while, but it turns out he just has selective hearing  :naughty:

Someone will fall for him completely, but I just feel so sorry for him cooped up for so long - we've had him in for months now with no viewings !!!

this sounds like the basis for a very good local newspaper story to me

I was drawn to both Fox and Noah right away, I thought both were just stunning! :Luv2: I actually enquired about Fox, as Noah was then listed for a carpeted home. I was soooo happy when I was offered Noah it never occurred to me to worry about the fur - it's part of living with cats, it's actually escaping litter I am battling! I hope Fox finds a mum who loves him as much as I do Noah.  :Luv:

I'd have him!  Good job we're in Sussex I guess!

I think alot of people think that white cats are ALWAYS deaf, however that isn't ALWAYS the case!

He is completely adorable!

We have Smoke who's white/grey but we both swear she only sheds the white ;) She just makes sure where ever we look there are bits of her around to remind us she's been there.

(and I wear mostly black)

We found it with Noah as well that people were put off by the fur getting everywhere and showing up on furniture more than dark hair etc!!!

He's such a charmer is our Fox - our Homing Officer says that if he wore clothes, he'd wear a suit, spats and probably be part of the mafia, charming the ladies and strutting his stuff on the street lol! :innocent: :Luv:

He's just SO bored and frustrated in his cat pen - he needs to be out there, chasing leaves, getting wet, getting muddy and then coming into his home for fuss and a lie in front of the fire!

Fingers crossed, although we've advertsied him on the front page of our website for weeks and also had adverts in papers etc... any more ideas would be great!

I'm absolutely astounded by that  They are probably one of the most stunning type of cats, really can't believe that he wasn't snapped up within days

Fox is an absolute sweetie and such a character! He came to us as a ravenous stray but he's filled out nicely! He loves lots of company and hates being alone in his catpen so we hope someone will welcome him into their lives soon. He would like a home where he can burn off some of his energy, preferably with a cat flap so he can come and go as he pleases. He likes to play with his toys on his own but likes it even more when someone joins in the fun! Fox is very affectionate but can play a bit rough so would be better in a home without children. You can see a video of him on our home a cat section!  :Luv2: :Luv2: :Luv2:
