Hello from Leighton Jail ok hospital, been really ill again but brighter today and sick of everything.I have been placed in solitary confinement for this spell obviously I made life too pleasant for the other inmates.( truth is I am in isolation). The service is dreadful currently 4 hours late in giving me intravenous antibiotics and the wait for a commode is appalling you just dont get one till youve done a huge jig first,good job its my bladder control and not poor Tannikins

The worst of it is I will be here till nex week at very least, think l need to escape but still too week. Seeing specialist again tomorrow so will have to plead my case for parole

I'm off to Italy on 21st and when I come back on the 29th I want to see on this post that you are not just as tough as old boots BUT you are also as fit as a fiddle
