Glad I got out for an hour yesterday as this wretched thing is building up fast yet again, threw up everywhere with the force of the coughing last night, not even bothering to get dressed today just going to rest on settee as have been awake all night, tomorrow will mark 2 weeks since my release from jail so suppose I have had a good innings this time, will see doc tomorrow if things get worse.

You click on Quote in the previous person's message and then you highlight with your mouse and then click on drop down menu for change colour and pick a colour - I find blue is best.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Must admit I did a heck of a lot of reading before I got to the demise of the jet engines  :rofl: If by any chance you find anything that will kill it let me know  :rofl:

OH was once involved with a office block where P. aeruginosa had built up in the air conditioning units due to faulty maintenance and yes, its a real nasty  :hug:   I think they're working on a vaccine for people with chronic lung problems to prevent opportunistic infection with Pseudomonas species but its a bit late for that when you've already got it  :hug:

Hmmmm, OK Christine might be right......maybe a bit of meat and dairy products wouldn't hurt. ;) Glad you're feeling not too bad though. (Well, you sound a little more positive!)

Still eating the jelly babies but must confess my real passion is for Dolly mixtures which seem to have vanished from the shops these days.  Still ok but this wretched infection is building up again despite all the medication I`m on; I decided to read up on this wretched germ that has caused so much damage to my lungs and was amazed to see that the same thing also damages Jet engines, yes you read it right jet engines, no wonder my lungs are out of puff  :rofl: thought reading up on the wretched thing might show me a cure docs had missed guess it had the opposite affect. Bought some digital scales in order to keep an eye on my weight and they wont work because our floors are carpeted, I tried them and they said 4 stone something so I switched to kg and that read 26kg so something very very wrong, surely I must be gaining some weight with all these jelly babies, will have to take scales outside and find a bit of hard path that is ice free in order to have accurate weigh in.
Back to the jelly babies,  :hug: to All

Teresa you must send someone to a Tesco Express (prob do them in the big Tesco too) for Haribo Jelly babies - they are on offer at 50p a bag and they are absolutely GORGEOUS, way nicer than Bassetts :drool;

While you're at it :get well:  :hug:
