Hi all,
My apologies for not putting up an update last night as i had to go straight to work from the hospital and only just got home...
Well i wish i could bring good news but unfortuanatly my mum is gettin weaker by the day and yesterday the doctors confirmed she now has 2 forms of phuemonia but on the plus side they have now had the tests back for the tb and my mum is clear of that..
Things are not looking good for her at all and how she has hung in there this long amazes me, she is very weak now and can hardly move in bed, and is suffering a lot of pain, her feet and one hand have swelled up and she has to keep the oxygen mask on permanantly as her levels keep dropping off the scale. The doctors have struggled trying to fit the canulars in her arms yesterday so they could get more antibiotics and pain relief into her and her veins keep breaking down, finally last night after leaving her arms resembaling a pin cushion they got one to go in and gave her some pain relief...
How much longer my mum will be here i dont know but i take my hat off to her for being an amazing woman not just everything she has done for me and our family, but her endless work with the cats and now fighting the biggest battle of her life. How anyone could go through what she is going through and keep fighting is a miracle within itself and i hope she does pull through but i will be honest and say its not looking very good at all, im not giving up hope and trying to remain as positive as i can.
Im back off to the hospital later today so will try and get another update up for you all..
Once again thankyou to each and everyone of you for your prayers and well wishes as this means the world to myself and the family and most importantly my mum as i believe this has help her to keep fighting this...
