 :evillaugh: at Tan....

Rob, that's great news.  But I suspect when Aunty T does come home, you're gonna need a straitjacket to keep her from doing too  much.   :sneaky:  We'll have to organise a relay team for during the day - we'll pop on here every ten minutes and say"Teresa - stop that!  Don't go near the poop scoop!!!  :Nooooo:"

And Nurse Betty will have to make sure small but tantalising titbits are kept close at hand for administration throughout the day.  ;)  A few packets of dreamies should do the trick.  :evillaugh:

Teresa - sending you hoooooj cuddles from me and The Padster, and topping up all of the love and the get well vibes that make up this thread.  :cuddle: :cuddle: :cuddle:

Yayyy thats such brill news Rob thanks so much for the update  ;D  ;D ;D

T..... I have beenin formed by Nurse Betty that she has arrived at your house and is prob waiting a lift up to the hopsital so she can start her duties.  I would actually be a little scared of her T hun as she seems very strict on the phone. :star2: I almost wet me tena again!!  :-:

Rob hun, there should be a parcel for T in a grey packet (that will be Miss Nurse Betty  :evillaugh: )  Yes i know it's a funny way to travel but she insists on travelling that way!  :Dont know: :loon:
Do ya think a wonderful family member could pop her along to see T? I know she is very keen to start T's care.  ;) :Luv: :Luv:

3rd day in a row there is good improvement in my mums condition, the doctors have again turned down her oxygen levels today as she is now finding it easier to breath,

Just quoted that because I wanted to  :Luv:  You're getting the hang of this recovery lark now, aren't you, Teresa?  ;)

Evening All,

Not long back from the hospital and 3rd day in a row there is good improvement in my mums condition, the doctors have again turned down her oxygen levels today as she is now finding it easier to breath, she is doing very well considering only 3 days ago she was not far from deaths door, im so pleased with her progress myself and its a massive weight off mine and the familiys minds knowing that she will be hopefully be home with us soon.
The doctors have told her today that if she keeps improving at the rate she is then its just possible that they may let her come home in maybe 4-5 days time :) my mum will need a lot of looking after as she is very underweight at the moment and still very weak but on the whole i couldnt ask for anymore...
It seems my prayers have been answered and my mums fighting spirit has pulled her thru and combined with everyones messages on here im over the moon that my mum is still with us, the nurses have been fantastic and proper looked after my mum so all good there. My mums wrist is ok by the way, no damage done :)
Im back off to the hospital tomorrow night so will try and update once i get home.
Off to bed now for some much needed sleep before work...

catch you all tomorrow....

Fantastic news.

You could do with an aromatherapy massage by the sound of it.

Up lifting smells and a good massage on your arms and legs to strengthen them.

I agree with Gill about the muscles as I had lots of ops from the age of 3 - 16 and was in bed a long time - just kept having massages and was ok.

Good luck.

I think as soon as T is better we should get the Purrs catnapping team together and do a hosiptal breakout.  :shify:  I am sure T won't mind being popped in the cat napping swag bag (it is a big one for many cats  :sneaky: )  for sneaky exits out of the ward!

I have asked Nurse Betty it get us inside info on the buliding plan and when other burses are on duty!  ;) :evillaugh:

T sending over all my fat   :-: (have loads of that ) and energy (not so much of that  :evillaugh: ) to ya as well as all me luv. Marl and Garf keep asking how Auntie T is and i have to keep giving them dreamies so they don't worry all the time. Hey I cam blame T for overweight cats!  :Nooooo: ;)  :evillaugh:

 :Flowers:  :garf:  :Flowers:
