You will see when it starts exactly how crazy it is.
THis year the auction is for Sunny Harbour one of our 4 independent rescues so although initially the money comes to Purrs, its then block transferred to Sunny Harbour up to £2000, anything above this will be divided among the three other rescues although one of them is dontaing their share to Sunny Harbour.
If you are an auctioneer you take a photo of the item and once the auction is open you post your item with pic and description. Bidding lasts for just over 2 weeks and then we slam the doors at 1900 precisely by the Purrs clock and and the highest bidder on each wins.
Then the auction staff will formally tell each winning bidder what they have got and how much and we say what to do for auctioneers and winners, how to send the money will be there and all other details.
The p&p is paid by the auctioneer but we like it to be shown in the post for the item cos then the winning bidder alsompays the postage and that gives a bit more for the auction .
