Vets can never give the care that we at home can give, except where equipment they have is necessary.

I do hope para-site is leaving

They are certainly feeling a tad better, not crying in pain now so jabs have kicked in, Noshalot has eaten a reasonable sized meal though not as much as normal, other 2 eating ok for now. Had to laugh at Kay vet this morning, she said I was exhausted and offered to hospitalise them over weekend to give me a rest, I asked her if she could maintain their current level of care she said of course we can we are vets after all, then she asked me about the care required and apologised and said we couldnt possibly keep that up, bless her she meant well.
Just praying we can wipe this awful parasite out.

All back at vets for more injections this morning and have to go for more on Monday, Noshalot not eating much, Lovealot got blood in urine and faeces which vet says is down to parasite, she says they look wonderful compared to when she last saw them a week ago ( they see Andy weekdays) Kay weekend, got to keep plodding on, they have had some anti inflamatories as well as the Noridine injection so hopefully this will stop the blood. Fingers crossed.

Noshalot has started eating again which is a huge relief, just need to see what comes out of his rear end, hopefully injection is kicking in and killing the little parasites, Lancelot and Lovealot still solid poop; the trouble is the diarhoea comes when the parasite eggs are being shed and it just takes one to tread in it wash their paws and reinfection; when Pedro went through this we were able to split him away from his siblings, its just not possible to split these 3.

Parasite reared it ugly head again last night, this can evidentally happen anytime within a 3 week period from last injection so hopefully just a blip. All 3 been to see Andy and had another injection this morning, at the moment its just Noshalot but all have been jabbed as a precaution. Lancelots eye is still very bad but Andy is pleased with progress being made,he says ulcer is healing from underneath and showing signs of shrinkage, the main worry is dead tissue inside upper eyelid which neither of us can see being, he says it will come away eventually but could leave a hole in the eye, thats worst case scenario so hopefully it will just come away without causing damage. All chests now clear and Noshalot and Lovealot off the synulox so that is good news.

The Siralot artists are far more talented, this afternoon they did a piece each to form a large triangular work.
