Meant to say Andy said that Lancelots eye was improving well I replied it will be no good to a dead kitten will it , Lovealot left a lovely big present for andy who said thats a really good lump, and huge, I told him keep it.

The future is not looking bright for these 2, just back from vet yet again,Lancelot is going down same route as his Noshalot and throwing up everything I syringe into him, Lovealots appetite has also decreased,Andy said the muscles in their tummies are going into tight spasms, injections given which may help for 8 hours and he has given me 2 to give later on,if muscles still go rock solid we will lose them. Andy says I will know within next 12 hours, no matter what we do nothing seems to work and I feel so useless and to be honest I think vet is all out of ideas and clutching at straws.

Best wishes and I do hope that nasty horrid parasite is well and truly being defeated!

Lovealot is eating for England but Lancelot is being very hit and miss with his so still causing concern, both playing and bright and toileting fairly good at minute, all I can do is take each day at a time and give it my best shot.

Lancelot gave me one heck of a scare when he refused his meal earlier, he decided that running round the kitchen playing football was more fun otherwise I would have been out of my mind. Both kittens are constipated so after Lovealot had eaten all his and had a play I returned both to the Pen leaving Lancelot without food, felt cruel and worried since but last meal opened the pen and both boys flew out and cleaned their plates, guess they want to keep me on my toes.

So sorry to hear this, Teresa. It's hard enough losing them when they are old. As others have said, he knew love at the end and didn't die frightened and alone. We do the best we can.

I am so sorry to hear this.  At least Noshalot's short life was full of love and food, which it wouldn't have been without you, Teresa.

My thoughts are with you and with Noshalot's little litter mates

Sir Noshalot began fitting just after 7.30 last night, he died in my arms cuddled up close at 8.25 just 50 yards from the vet; the very medication we had been giving him to save his life had caused a build up of toxins in his tiny body, without those meds he would have died anyway, I know we did everything we could to try to save him, I know his short life was hampered by illness but he had happy playful times and those are what I need to remember in order to give his brothers the care they need to get through this;there is to be no more medication for Lancelot and Lovealot somehow we need to build them up big and strong to allow their own bodies to fight this parasite. I only found out yesterday that the medication doesnt kill the parasite merely suppresses it and every oocysts ingested breaks in to 8 that find an intestinal cell each to multiply causing further damage. I did not think I would cope with losing my boy but I know now that I have to be stronger than ever for his brothers who have both eaten a hearty breakfast and are currently curled up together asleep.

I thank everyone for kind words and pm`s and will reply when I can.

I dont do Rainbow Bridge cant handle it but I have posted 2 pics of Noshalot that I love and show his amazing character. God needed you more than I did little man.

As for the people who caused this problem I cannot allow anger into my heart, they will face their day of judgement.
