How is Lexy doing this morning?

I think I'd want to bite someone too if I'd been messed about with like Lexy has

Well, my Faberlush Lady Lexy has had a good night, she will stay one more night so they can monitor her pain, make sure the wound does not seep and she's stable.

All in all, she gave them what for and bit a nurse  :evillaugh: (sorry I shouldn't laugh but it indicates that she's in good spirits).

I get to visit her tonight, so all happy  :Luv2:

Lexy came through it ok. It's nice and stable, but she'll be in for a couple days until she's well enough to be home on her own during the day. They did a bit of repair to her knee cap and the teeny little bone at the back of her thigh bone that they use to anchor sutures on was weak and had to be removed, so she has a little screw in place now.

Overall, it was a good surgery, but its complete rest for at least 10 days with only a bit of movement allowed three times a day. She should be trying to get her weight on the leg within a couple days but if not in three days she has to go back to check.

I'm relieved, a lot! It's early days but some positive vibes will go a long way. Thank you all so much.

Lexy is now the most famous patient they've had. Everyone knows her well.  :tired: Not sure if that's something to be happy about.

She will be anaethetised in the next hour.
