Lexy came through it ok. It's nice and stable, but she'll be in for a couple days until she's well enough to be home on her own during the day. They did a bit of repair to her knee cap and the teeny little bone at the back of her thigh bone that they use to anchor sutures on was weak and had to be removed, so she has a little screw in place now.
Overall, it was a good surgery, but its complete rest for at least 10 days with only a bit of movement allowed three times a day. She should be trying to get her weight on the leg within a couple days but if not in three days she has to go back to check.
I'm relieved, a lot! It's early days but some positive vibes will go a long way. Thank you all so much.
