Really sorry to hear about your cat Max, Clare.  Am sure he's playing up at the bridge with my Lily.  I love the pictures of Poot.  He looks scarily like Lily.  Almost as though they were seperated at birth!

:thanks: hunnie, I'm sure all our Bridge babes are having fun playing in the sunshine  :)

I thought that about Poot and Lily as well, very similar splodgy markings  :Luv2: :Luv:

Just got back from collecting Lily's ashes, so feeling a little sad at the moment.  At the moment she's on her "podium" style scratching post until we can think of somewhere lovely to scatter her.  she was definitely a free spirit, so I feel she would want to be outside and somewhere pretty.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes.  :thanks:  I've finally managed to work out how to post some pictures!

Tigger as a naughty toddler!  He's a lot bigger now!

Potty on one of her "awake" and "sensible" days!]  She has very little vision in her right eye as it was badly damaged when the rescue found her.

Amykins being sensible and mature, as always!

Gizmo.... my first cat and shadow that follows me everywhere!

Some of the mob!  Lily is the tiny black and white one all snuggled up.

Finally saying hello!

Hi everyone!  Am really glad to have found this lovely forum, and there are some great people and cats here!

My name is Clare and sadly I found this forum a couple of weeks ago, after losing my gorgeous 4 year old rescue cat Lily (in my profile picture) to a road traffic accident two weeks ago today and I miss her so much, especially her being the chatterbox of the house and demands to be let in through the window rather than the cat flap if she saw anyone was in the house!

I also have four other rescue cats.  Gizmo aged 9, Tigger aged 6, Amy who is 7 and Potty (real name Harriet.... Long story) who is around 13 who is having a few hyperthyroid problems at the moment.  I also have a 5-6 year old rescue house bun called Benjy who thinks he is a cat and at times has even attempted to eat cat food (to which it has been quickly removed as I'm sure it can't be good for him!)

Look forward to sharing lots of cat stories with you all!
Katie cat, Gizmo, Potty, Popsy, Alice, Amy, Tigger and soon to be Sapphire:)
