Good to be back guys,

I reckon that the reason why she used the toy tiger was that good 'ol champer-damper would have your hand off if you tickled him behind his right ear and in so many ways I found myself cheering him on, "way to go champ, way to go!" I kept thinking and the look when she "massaged" his tail said it all.  She wasn't going to show champ having a bath "quel suprise Rodney!". Macho cats!, I could show her a thing or two about macho cats, Frankie makes Champ look like a "pussy cat" when he does his weight-training exercises and he could arm-wrestle me under the table any day.

I can feel another mega-meow, power-purring moment coming on, Alfie very kindly gave me a head massage at 4 o'clock this morning which consited of swiping me firmly on the top of my head with his claws out to wake me for food.

Hi folks,

Both Frankie and Alfie love stoking and massaging, Frankie even lets me stroke his back legs and the both love a tummy and chin stroking session.

The Tiger cracked me up, I couldn't help thinking "If your cat loves it so much why the toy Tiger?!"

and when she burst into song "Slow Down, You're moving too fast" I nearly choked on my tea

Also loved some of the cat's expressions, I could hear him thinking "Please god let someone see this and get me the hell away from this crazy woman" especially when she started singing "Whose the best cat in the world?, it's you champer-damper it's you!!"

I'm right-handed and I'd have never thought of using my left hand, I owe her big time for that pearl of wisdom"


"A Whisker watch alert is in effect here!" and to reinforce the point for us poor dumb-arsed trainee cat-masseurs "A MAJOR WHISKER WATCH ALERT IS IN EFFECT HERE!!"

REMEMBER YOU CAN'T FOOL DROOL!,

I wouldn't even attempt to fool drool, I'm far to dumb to try any drool-fooling, my advice folks is never try drool-fooling it'll only ever end in tears before bedtime.

I've always been a fan of massaging my cats, esp when I was doing my Indian Head Massage training, I actually incorporated some of the techniques on them and they seemed to love it! 

However, the use of the tiger in her vid did bring a smile to my face!

We have a cat who enjoys her whiskers twizzled.... 

I liked it when she said even if you are R/L handed you can use the opposite hand.... very clever.... Now who would have thought being whatever handed that you would be able to incorperate the other hand!

Lol at the vid, the woman is clearly barking mad, but love her furbabe!!!

I actually do massages on my furbabes 

Max used to love them, especially on the back on his neck, but no way would he ever tolerate anything on his tummy, not for more than 1/2 a minute anyway!

Poot on the other hand loves to lie on his back with his legs in the air, so you can do tummy rubs galore, he also likes neck/chin rubs too
