www.collarsandtags.co.uk do them for £4.99 you can get both sides engraved. They are in the cat tag section fourth row I think.

Thanks Sam, and LadyJane - I considered it, but his collar has to be reflective and they can't print words on their reflective collars yet. :(

Could you not get a plain tag and engrave?  Not sure if I've ever seen medi tags as such?

You can also add info to the microchip data, on Poot's details I've added that we know he's FIV+ so just in case he ever did manage to get out, that info would be logged as well as the ownership info.
