Dinah .....  She's sort of a lodger and sleeps on top of wardrobe away from the others when she eventually comes home (she's there atm).

Ha!  OH just shouted me to go upstairs with the camera.  This is our "stressed out" Dinah on top of the wardrobe  :)

Due to previous peeing probs we have a diffuser on the go on the landing Desley.  I also now have the spray that I used yesterday on bath, on floor in peeing area in front room and on me in an effort to stop peeing on my clothes.  OK so I know I shouldn't throw them on floor but they are my wraggy, unironed, gardening, catty clothes  :)

In any event, touch wood, she hasn't tried the peeing on clothing since yesterday morning, well not that I've discovered yet  :shify:.  I gave both kittens one more Zylkene capsule each this am and will see how it goes.  Vet prescribed the Zylkene for Ruby about a month back coz she was initially the peeing in bathroom culprit.  I ended up giving it to their mom Dinah instead for a few weeks as she is the one that doesn't get on with the other 5.  She's sort of a lodger and sleeps on top of wardrobe away from the others when she eventually comes home (she's there atm).  She's a gorgeous friendly little thing with humans tho.

We're all a bit at 6s and 7s tbh and Millie's night on the roof hasn't helped.  At least it's the bank holiday so can keep a god eye on everyone.

I don't like ironing THAT much  :evillaugh:
DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I take it you're not fussing her after she's done it though?
:-[ er I don't think so but will try to ensure I'm not.

Thankfully ironing is not an ishoo as we don't do ironing  :)  I have an ironing basket and really must have a look and see wots in it sometime  :evillaugh:  We are crumplies  ;)

We now put all clothes in the dirty laundry bin and the ironing is in a bedroom oiurs don't have access to as a couple of the feral boys have that habit - since moving all laundry baskets we now don't have the problem - also makes men put things in the laundry bin! ;)

..............I wonder if its an attention seeking thing cos you didnt immediately rush up the roof and save her  :shify: :shify: :shify:

Have to say she's been doing it in full sight of me each time but I simply can't give her any more attention unless I carry her with me everywhere I go and she doesn't want that.  I've just explained to her about me suffering from vertigo but afraid she simply huffed and looked away  ;)

I take it you're not fussing her after she's done it though? because that will reinforce it.  Hopefully things will settle eventually, I would just act as you did before the incident because if you're behaving differently then she may be picking up on that.

My daughter and boyfriend took a day off from work last week as one of the cats put "somethings" in/on their bed.
What's wrong with all those cats? I have one that pees everywhere, I also know why, she's stressed by the others but she can go out anytime, so why is she doing that?

You answered your own question Woodland.......she is stressed by the others,,,,,,being able to go out is not the answer.

Sorry Risella I dont know but hopefully as she destresses she will stop doing it..................I wonder if its an attention seeking thing cos you didnt immediately rush up the roof and save her  :shify: :shify: :shify:

Sorry - no ideas how to stop her but just to let you know I empathise. Willow will either sleep or pee on a pile of clean washing waiting to be ironed. Only the other day I was ironing when that familiar smell wafted up in the steam  - I thought worn clothes would be safe as they smell of us but she is the same. She peed on OHs shorts that were folded up on the wash stand in the bathroom yesterday. I try to console myself with the fact that clothes can be washed again and at least its not a bd. A pre-wash cycles is quite handy  :tired:

Millie, my 9 month old darling angel spent the whole of Thursday night high up on roof of house.  Initial heavy rain followed by pretty strong winds all night :(

She has peed/tried to pee on clothes since then.  When I say "tried to pee", I mean she would have but I've caught her in time and moved her to litter tray.  I don't think she is having difficulty peeing.

I gave her and her sister some Zylkene last night which zonked them out for a while.  Millie always demands and gets a great deal of cuddles so that's no different but the peeing is a bit of a pain altho perfectly understandable considering what she went thru.  I think perhaps we just have to ride this out and hope for some nice weather over bank holiday so we can have play time in garden.  Anyone have any suggestions for my girl?
