Aw....prob just cos I can now see her moving instead of that cowering look from her original bed/box!  :evillaugh:

Babies are rounding of nicely so she is doing her job well so I suppose that's all that matters for now!

Oh! Angie I have only just seen this before I do the rounds before bedtime!  I know she had a lot to care for, but I knew she could do it with your help.  I hope you can find a lovely spot to lay him to rest.

we have one less today. A beautiful sandy boy did not make it and was carefully removed a bit earlier.

Well mum is in a right mood today. lots of hissing and lunging so I'm going to leave her to it. Will buy some more chickens later to cook (as i got through 2 good sized ones yesterday). perhaps she's feeling more fiesty now.

I know she looks exposed in the photos but she has a cat blanket suspended in her pen so it mainly hidden in a den apart from a couple of peepholes where i can continually shove plates of food through and get the occasional ear tickle - though not it seems today.

(I took it from over the curtain and she was obviously wanting for me to approach from a different direction!)

as you can see, she's still on dirty bedding. I did put a couple of clean towels in hoping she would move over but she obviously prefers the damp patch  :naughty:

Well I reckon you could pop the first batch in a box and send them all to me - they are beautiful!!! :wow: Have never seen such an appealing litter.

And now 8 more!! if they are anywhere near as beautiful as their siblings, they will be pretty easy to home I would hope!

just popped in to check on progress. two ginger and 3 grey....

off to work for a bit - 'tis the easiest birth for me - I'm usually hovering in attendance counting afterbirths and messing round with clean bedding or interfering in other ways!

ummm.....

squeaking this morning folks.
Went in to feed and release the upstairs fosters.

4 new ones had beaten me to it...... look quite small but making a lot of noise, can't get too close as mum has not had time to be comfortable with me and don't want to freak her out. However look like grey and tabby so far........

What beautiful kitties! :Luv: Definately graduated top of their class in modelling school. I'm surprised they're not already on the catwalk!

Aww, bless them. Good luck with taming them and hope everything goes OK with mum - at least these kittens can be socialised from an early age and she wont have to have any more litters.
Please spay your cat

Well, we have caught the last of the four kittens from church lawford.

Had to smile , they may be feral but I think they have been to modelling school!

A beautiful group of ?4 month olds.

We have mum cat -who is well pregnant again - would guess at 2 weeks off. Lets hope the new batch is as pretty as the last. The 4th is actually grey not black (though i did spot a tip of white on a back toe). He/she was the last to be caught and just came in today.

and a closer on of the babes still posing !
