Have got eye ointment for them, and Rolo is still to have Bisolvon.
All the problems they have is from the flu  :(
They are all back at the vets on 26th for their boosters. (finger crossed they are all well enough to have them)
Pleased they seem to be gettin their appatite back, but Rolo has been a dainty eater all his life.

Rolo's the little one, he is less than half the size of pod and is feather weight.
Since he adopted us at about 6wks old he has always been a dainty eater, and no matter how hard we have
tried to build him up, he's always remained a feather weight.

Rolo is my little Ginja Ninja in my avitar  :Luv:

It took my Gypsy a good 3-4 weeks before she was really better after her initial bout of cat flu, she did go on to suffer further, less serious outbreaks though, and she succumbed to pneumonia (or lung tumour - never know for sure) last year - I don't know if that was related to the initial cat flu infection either.

some cats who have had flu remain snotty for the rest of their lives due to damage caused - you learn to live with this. Rolo may be more prone to secondary infections and have bouts on and off...

that's why I decided not to adopt from that one shelter  :(

Hope it will turn out fine for you, after what you've been through, I understand your concern.

Poor things what a time you've had lately

I've adopted oldies who we think had cat flu at some point. Smokey and Schui used to sneeze with blood stains, my vet said that was ok sometimes it can just be the blood vessels etc and Schui was on Bisolvon all the time.  Good you are getting them checked straight away though

Hi, After the awful few weeks we have had with cat flu, and Splitz loosing her battle (bless you my girl XXX)

Rolo is sneezing, and have notice spots of watery blood (not blood clots) when her sneezes. (not evry time)
He is seeing the vet tomorrow.

But i am wondering if anyone has been in this situation with cats recovering from cat flu, and how long it was before full recovery.
I am worried sick, as they are all no longer on anti biotics, but still sneezing & heir eyes keep showing a sign of thick discharge.

Rolo is still eating and drinking, just worried sick. His little lungs dont sound clear yet either, and he had been on Bisolvon to help his lungs clear.
