Thanks everyone
I almost thought it was a joke!!!
Intersting to look through the previous thread - its just a couple of weeks or so before I joined Purrs - hence my ignorance
Although Im in favour of trying to stop cats catching things if at all possible - and often its just not
- I wouldnt want to inflict something like that on a cat!

I couldnt believe it when I found this link!!
http://www.catgoods.com/bigcatbib.html
I gather that these things ar meant to stop cats catching prey
Has anyone else heard of them or tried them ? Do they work ? Are they safe ?
I dont particularly want one - our cats only go out if supervised as its a shared garden and we ar on a horribly busy road - but Im intrigued
