Bing is in the care of Canterbury CP, in Kent

Bing (so named as he is abit noisy) is a lovely big (very big) black puss of around 3 yrs of age... He has been abit of a wandering puss in the last few months as he was well known to a local neighbourhood that say him patrolling the fields and lanes in search of grub, females and a pat on the head.

Bing shoud have called him Marco Polo, he is a real explorer. Into everything, very curious and loves to be up on a table or similar. He has commandeered my work table so that he can perch up there and Lord it over all he sees.

Big softy at heart, loves a cuddle. Doesn"t like being touched on his lower area, despite that he rolls over and displays his tummy with glee, but as long as you stroke gently on his chest he is fine. Otherwise he does scratch and get a bit over playful.

He eats well (like a rhino) and is very clean - no "accidents" at all, even in the beginning. Loves his food and cat stick treats and isn"t fussy what pouches you give him as long as you give him plenty!! And he loves biscuits, must have wonderful dentures....

Very content cat, only cries when he wants something, then he is rather vocal (hence, Bing). In all a lovely house cat. I would suggest when he is adopted that he be kept in for a good 2 weeks until he knows the way home or he may just wander off exploring and get lost (he is a climber, so watch your china!!). Very strong, wiry little boy and loves to play. Doesn"t budge when the doorbell goes and loves visitors. Has obviously been well cared for in the past.

Probably not good with children and definitely no good with other cats or dogs, and tends to try and trip you up constantly - its simply affection but think he might not be good for anyone not so steady on their pins!!

Bing has been neutered, tested for nasty cat diseases, vac and chipped.

JUNE UPDATE FROM BING FOSTERER

He is a gentle affectionate cat who, although hes not fond of being picked up or carried about, does like to sit next to you on the settee and be stroked. Occasionally given to bouts of playful nipping and scratching he would not suit young children but would be a wonderful companion to, say, a couple who live a quiet life, preferably rurally. He loves to climb and explore so needs a garden.

He can"t abide other dogs or cats and he makes a LOT of noise if he spots them through a window unfortunately. However our fosterer lives on a fairly busy street and he is fine watching life pass by through the window there. He is very clean puss. Eats well and is very strong and wiry little chap. Sits up like a meercat sometimes and loves to play. Follows fosterer everywhere, and loves nothing better than to trip you up or weave between your legs when you are walking and also flings himself down on your feet to try to stop you in your tracks and give him some attention.

Very playful cat with a really affectionate and loving nature.
