Well Rosie is doing good this morning, she's having something to eat and being a bit growly. My cats are being ok with her- they are trying to check her out but she's just growling  :evillaugh: They haven't tried to attack her so thats a really good thing, I well pleased with my lot  :Luv2:

The cat proofing is going up today, so I will see if it keeps my lot in and then maybe Rosie can have a wander in the garden later on.

She's come at the best time really as I cant stand not to have the back door open, not in this heat  :faint:

I already have a little calico but she is more Harrys than mine  :evillaugh:

Hum yeah I know I said I wanted A kitten but this

Im glad really as the part of town she was in she could of ended up dead if taken by someone else  :( and the house was rank too

I will take her to vets on Monday when I take Harry. I dont think she is going to pop anytime soon but you can see she is going to sometime.

She's a sweet little thing, doesnt mind the kids just the cats but Im sure that can be sorted out  :)

Well thats it really, Im just glad she's safe now.

I think the kittens will be going to a rescue once old enough, I hope so anyway  :naughty:

I know my mum has always wanted a calico  :evillaugh:

Well done and   :welcome:   :R: :O: :S: :I: :E:

Yes I remember in a previous thread you mentioned that you had "kitten fever"

It is a great place in your wardrobe - put in a big box with a nice blanket and have the door partially closed a great place for kittening and bringing up kitties.

Bet you are excited now.

Yes I just thought that too Pav, unless she is making an estimate  :-:

Yes, its just when they do the 1/2 thing for a stray it makes you think :-: Estimate is between 1-2, but the most important is that Rosie
is safe now thanks to you. :)
You can always send Lyla to live with us if you want to keep the kittens ;) ;D

If your keeping her it would be best for her to be in one room as a nursery, this can be her own space so she can be relaxed when kittens are ready to come and they can be safe, no moving into dodgy spaces!
A vet check asap also wise, an ultrasound will give an idea how long to go.

Yes I have heard about strays before  :evillaugh:

One woman said she had a stray with a bad eye and she wanted it back after the vet had sorted it  :evillaugh:

Mark to tell the truth I think she was the girls cat by the things that have came with her....she has a nice collar on, not one you would buy for a stray and also a little house which would of at least been £20. Also some frontline and something from the vets kinda like a pre-biotic.

Something else...she is pregnant  :tired: The girl said she was skinny when she came but now she seems to be getting fatter. I have just felt her nipples and by the looks of her she is going to have kittens  :scared:

Im so glad to be out of that house, it smelt like they had not opened a window for years

Just looked and yes...I think Im going to be having kittens too, never been through this before  :scared:

She's a lovely little calico, just like Lyla but short haired. She is having a good mouch about and doesnt seem phased at all  :-: She has had a hiss at my others but they didnt hiss back so thats a good thing.

Just thought oh no kittens, I know I said I wanted one but this is taking the  :censored:  :naughty:

Yes I just thought that too Pav, unless she is making an estemate  :-: And she says that the cat gets on with her dog  :shify: Maybe the cats been passed on from a friend and she now realises she cant keep her. I dont know better off out anyways  :shy:

Im just praying and hoping that she is not pregnant, but then again she will be in good hands if she is  :)

Im not expecting to get much info on this cat as the woman said she has had her for only 2 weeks, not long enough to know if the little one has been spayed  :scared:

My cat proofing is going up tomorrow tho so all should be ok if not, if she manages to escape I can blame Roz  sorry Roz  :evillaugh:

Im getting worried now as to the amount of info Im going to get, as in not much at all  :scared:

I dont really know BL, she just said the cat had been found in an area over 10 miles away, maybe a friend passed her onto this woman  :-:

I suppose I will find out more when I go round.

The area she is being kept at atm is not good for animals so Im glad she's coming here  :)

Ok so had a call back...she's coming here  ;D

Apparently she was lost and has been handed to this lady, which dont sound likely for the area but  :shy:

She says she's a really nice cat, is ok with her dog and child just she cant afford to keep her  :shy:

So Im going to pick her up at 6 tonight, and hope for the best from my lot. Im going to phone CP later to have her put on the list just incase  :)

Wish us luck
