If its any consolation I did exactly the same last week. I was staying at my bruvs and one of his cats came in with this red lump of sticky fur lookinglike he'd been fighting and come out worst. As there was only me and my parents around and not Mickey's family I got Dad to look whilst I picked up a very large and solid Mickey. Turned out to be a sticky bud from a plant. Cue a disgruntled Mickey who wasnt impressed at being picked up by a 'stranger' and who needed another breakfast to make him feel better  :evillaugh:

I thought Jaffa was bleeding.  He had some red on his neck fur so I was concerned that he'd been caught with a claw when play fighting with Mosi.  He wouldn't let me catch him to have a proper look so I started to get a bit worried.  I have caught him now and you can imagine my relief to discover it was only raspberry yogurt    I'd forgotten he'd licked out a yogurt carton earlier
