'Heather', a beautiful semi-longhaired tabby girl, turned up heavily pregnant on the doorstep of a good samaritan on Yew Tree Road in Manchester in early July 2006. He took her in and cared for her and her kittens; the kits have all found good homes and Heather is in good hands too. She's estimated to have been only 8 months old when she was found.
