Mum has had 4 little Babes but one was still born she has two little ginger and white ones ;D and one that looks to be all white, ; she is not so scared now she lets me in her pen but if i go to near she warns me off, I am not to shore about giving her the rescue remedy and the Feliway plug in i hope it will be OK for the little ones, I will post pic,s as soon as i can see them all i dont think  she is to worried as she let me take out the still born without taking my hand off

I would not qorry too much about her warning you off at the mo. My little stray gave birth two weeks ago and it is only in the last few days she has been happy for me to handle them, without trying to snatch them back while saying very unlady like things to me. I can handle the babes now as long as she can see me and the little one at all times. This guarding is common in new mums, I think more so when it is their first litter.

Good luck with them.

Ahhh what a little sweetheart.  Would giving her somewhere to hide make her feel a bit safer ... maybe a large cardboard box with a hole cut out ... that way she can hide inside in the dark and chill out.  :Luv2:

What a lovely girl  ;D

I agree that she needs a nice safe place to go and gentle talk and stuff as Teresa says.

I have seen a young cat like this who litterally climb the walls in fear but I was eventually able to touch her and she realaxed with very gentle stroking, She would have been a lot younger than yours though and not pregnant.

Lots of luck with her

she is lovely Ron, how awful that she is so scared, is she in the main pen or on her own, maybe a cardboard box or something that she can hide in?

Its awful to watch little ones being so scared especially when they are pregnant, have you tried covering part of her pen to darken it? does she have a little safe area to hide in during mucking out ? Just been through the very same with a terrified pregnant girl and apart from partially covering pen I left radio on quietly and spent hours just sitting close by talking to her and of course lots of the right body language as mentioned by Bazsmum. Hope she soon settles for you Ron

Oh what a babe!  :Luv:

I know it will be hard but try not to give her much eye contact...if your eyes do meet then slowly blink then look away, yawning is also a good sign of a non threatening behaviour! The plug in sounds fab, just they take about a week to start working!

Good luck with this mum to be Ron....I do hope she will settle in soon!  :Luv:
