I have my fingers crozzed for Metoo. Sometimes they can surprise you. As long as he can still get some pleasure out of life and is not suffering I, personally, wouldn't make that phone call. It's hard, though, anticipating how he might be tomorrow.

Well, Metoo is still with us.

He has been really bright this morning, had a good breakfast and has been sunbathing all morning looking really content... so we haven't had the heart to make that phonecall just yet...

He is such a hansome fella - I hope he is still getting pleasure out of his auction blanket, I hope it is keeping him snuggley and a comfort to him. Give him a gentle but firm snuggle from me.

Hi everyone... quite overwhelmed with all the messages, thank you.

We collected Metoo yesterday, and after a couple of hours he perked up and seemed very happy to be home, visiting all his old spots and managing to eat a little. One of us sat & cuddled him from noon to bedtime.

Today, he is still eating a little and responsive - he has just been resting his chin on the keyboard!

However, we are thinking of calling the vet out tomorrow, before he starts to feel too poorly....
It's tough because he is such a strong character, but his body is letting him down.
