little  :censored: has eaten a full pouch of food, wrestled the spaniel into submission, wrestled Indy, raced round the house at 900 miles an hour and now having a nap

I think the lil *ahem* just wanted a ride in the car!

Misha has been down the last couple of days and gone from devouring food like it's going out of fashion to eating it because he has too, sleeping more and not playing. His lil tummy has been hard too even after worming.

Anyway, took him to the Vets today and saw Simon, the practice owner, who gave Misha a thorough going over, took his temp, squeezed, poked and prodded everything there was and announced that apart from a bit of gas a a touch of hard poo (one lump) he is absolutely fine, that it must be either a low grade viral or maybe had a tummy upset that has passed through already

Simon then said that normally he would suggest a vitamin and anti-inflammatory jab just to give him a boost if it is viral but it was up to me, I could just give it another 48 hours and bring him back if I feel he isn't improving on his own.

After a further 2-3 mins just playing with Misha and giving him loads of fuss off we went to be told there was no fee!! not even consultation fee or anything... and he didn't make me feel foolish for worrying over nothing.

I love my vets, both Simon and Angie, the practice partner, care more about the animals than about ramping up costs... most of their medication costs etc are the same as or cheaper than online! the ones that are more expensive are only marginally so
