There is nothing that entertains me more than seeing pics of Lucas and Riley  ;D

Love that pic with Riley's paw on Lukey's head - he knows his place  :evillaugh:

To be fair to Riley that is 'his' bed, Lukey has taken a shine to it over the last few days so Riley thought he'd sit on him, wash his head and generally annoy him til he got out  :evillaugh:

Mine love the macdonalds straw too, i've spent a large fortune of cat toys but they go back to straws and toilet rolls!

I would say the trusty McDonalds straw is Riley's favourite non-interactive toy  He does love them a bit tooo much though - he will often try and nab one out of a drink  :evillaugh:

Normally I wake up in the morning with straws in my bed

Me too  :evillaugh:

  The straw photo

That collection of toys looks like the stash I found underneath my settee, and I found an even bigger stash under the sideboard  :evillaugh:

:evillaugh: :evillaugh: :evillaugh: way to go Riley. I was typing a post earlier this evening and was all focused on the screen. I look to my left and Memphis at some point had planted a very chewed and scrunched up red straw on my knee. Normally I wake up in the morning with straws in my bed

I have to ask where you got one thing from though - in the very first picture of all the toys .. the stripey ball which is surrounded by the ping pong balls. I also like the white one with the colours in it. Looks very nice  :wow:

Memphis has a kong wubba and he never plays with it he still prefers his straws and lottery tickets.

They both came with the Peek-a-prize toy box, they're nice and lightweight, sort of a foamy material. Riley prefers his straws too, don't know if you can make it out but in the top of the 'after' photo by the left corner of the settee is a trusty chewed up McDonalds straw  :evillaugh:

Edit: I just heard some frantic crashing noises in the distance, as the noise got closer I could hear a crunching noise too and Riley just bounded into to the living room with another straw  :evillaugh:

The boys have done an excellent job of 'tidying' up for me - there was not one single toy left in sight this morning  :evillaugh:

One from last night... who said Lukey was under the thumb?  :evillaugh:

Blimey!!!, I read the title and thought they'd eaten your settee!  ;D now if it were my boys then they probably could squeeze in a settee snack between meals as they both have very healthy appertites.

Seriously though, great pics, when I moved I found toys under everywhere including quite a few previously unexplained missing Christmas decorations :).

Cheers

A great stash there, the bozita rip off tops are always a great hit  ;D

Oh yes, every day Riley goes onto the kitchen counter to retrieve his daily fix - they both dart round the house with them in their mouths before chewing them beyond recognition!

They're favourite toys in this house too. :)

Lucky boys! :Luv2: Our toy stash is shrinking by the day, have a sneaky suspicion it's my little boy stealing them, rather than the kitties though. :evillaugh:

Toy eating settee - with pics of course!
« Reply #1 on: March 26, 2009, 18:24:24 PM »
I bought the boys a Kong Wubba toy (weird looking blue thing in the pic), when I went to work this morning it was in the middle of the living room yet when I got back it was nowhere to be seen.  I guessed they had pushed it under one of the settees so got my trusty 'toy stick' to retrieve it...

This is what I found

The boys were delighted  :wow:

Lukey chose his favourite 'toy' from the pile - a gold Xmas coin wrapper squidged up, and ran off with it!

He couldn't resist going back for more and was tempted by the second gold coin...

The choice then overwhelmed him and he struck upon the idea of using both paws - what a clever boy  :naughty:

Riley is a simple soul and chooses a ping pong ball  :)

Riley last night guarding the furry Wubba which incidentally rattles very loudly when being bunny kicked in my bedroom at 5am  :tired:
