Never heard that expression. Anyway, hopefully I will find some more in a shop - it is great stuff. A lot of the strong disinfectants such as Virkon are only that whereas Bugs Away is also a cleaner.

I don't have to tell you what my old boss always used to say?  :evillaugh:

I don't know, would it have to be edited a lot....? ;)

I don't have to tell you what my old boss always used to say?  :evillaugh:

I can see why you thought that, whereas they mean tummy bugs I guess.

By the sound of their email, it looks as if once stock are sold, it will only be available direct. I have been thinking of doing an Ocado order so maybe I will get a stock of it. A spray bottle lasts ages. I would buy the wipes but would probably get through a pack a week.

Is this meant to be in the General Cat Chat, Mark?  ;)

Yes as it's about a product that some people here use to sterilise litter trays  ;)

Ahhhh. I kind of assumed it was a garden product..... :shy:

EDIT: Just looked it up - Ocado sell it for £1.99. Looks good.

It's the same thing except I use the trigger spray. I don't know what made them decide to stop selling it throught shops. One thing I do know is the lids never seemed to be screwed on enough and usually leaked in my bag  :tired:

I thought there was something weird....first it was in a yellow bottle, then white....now invisible!  :(

Yes I noticed that - It is great stuff as you know BM - I havn't seen anything else in shops that kills 99.999% of bacteria, viruses and moulds in under a minute. The useless johnsons stuff says to leave on for 20 minutes  - I ususally wash the trays, then spray and leave for a few minutes then rinse & wipe with kitchen towel  and I'm done. I wonder if Asda have any stock left  :shify:

I emailed them to say I hadn't seen it in Wilkinsons for the last few weeks and have they stopped selling it - I also asked about phenols. The reply I got said that it is unlikely I will see it in shops any more as they are concentrating on selling it direct. They also gave me a 20% off code. The annoying thing is as they build in postage, it works out £3.49 a bottle and you have to buy 6  >:( - even with 20% off it's £2.80 - it was £1.99 in Wilkos - Looks like I will have to find another product  :tired:

It said that Bugs Away doesn't contain phenols, however they would always recommend rinsing.
