What a great pic. You should hire yourself out! How do you avoid getting 'white eye'? I have to touch mine up in art prog to get rid of it.

By 'white eye effect' do you mean the pupil absorbing light thingy? I get that a lot too, but on that one, her pupil is very small, and I didn't use the flash, I used the ISO (sensitivity) setting. I don't ever seem to get the 'white eye' thing when I use that, though the quality isn't great when there isn't much light. It worked fine here because she was in a pool of sunlight.
