I know lots of people who use berriewood for dog food and have heard nothing but good reviews of them. ;) ;D

There has been a major recall of this in Australia due to cats being seriously ill, so it makes you wonder if it is affecting the food here too.

I had a conversation with the uk supplier last week who was quite adamant about the problem being confined to the aussie needs for irradiation - and that it was done at too high a level anyway. I think Orijen are being quite up front about the cause of the problem - hasn't put me off yet.

Even though we know why it was recalled, I still have niggling doubts. I am sure there are others that are avoiding it "to be on the safe side"

I saw Millysmum's link last week. I see that they deliver to quiye a big area and they are a lot cheaper than Zooplus and even Orijens own UK supplier.

this looks good for bulk orders - I have just ordered the 400gms from the cats and dogs site, as Zooplus is out of stock

this is the first dry food I have ever found that 8 year old Trigger eats with gusto - but a 7 kilo pack would be tempting fate too much, I fear
