:oh noo: :cuddle: I think I would be hysterical by now watching that happen - but then again I suppose you find strength from somewhere to be calm for them.

Good luck tonight Gill.

Love yer Franta.  :'( :Luv2:

Thanks Baz and there have been two more since then, the last at 1630 and I knew it was coming and so did he for about an hour before. He suddenly wanted food and was drinking and I could see his little head trembling.

Its so violent for 30 secs to minute and then howling, blind and eventually gobbling food and then he lies down on his tummy for a long time.

He had followed me downstairs about an hour or more earlier cos I needed to eat but getting down the stairs was a big effort for him and very careful, no rushing like normal. Same going back up.

The seizures are slightly closer together now and that happened last time and then there was a longer gap and then they stopped, so am hoping that will happen this time too. Whether that will be tomorrow I dont know but we are on day 3 or is it 4 grrrrrrrrrrr my head cant work it out.

Have been with him for all seizures and that short time totally exhausts me, so no wonder he is tired and of course he gets upset cos he cant see or see very little for a time and meows pityfully.

I have a feeling that he doesnt remember them after so is confused as to why he is feeling like he does and why he is too tired to move.

I have to go out later to supermarket cos reckon I have at least 6hrs before the next one but more likely 9 hrs....if we get to 11 then I will be very happy.

Was so hoping he wouldn't have another but I suppose that was quite a long gap since the previous one.  I do so hope,
- You otherwise both had some decent rest overnight
- You've managed to give his injection this am at the appointed time (10.30?)
- and you are being careful if you are back working on the green house roof

I'm so sorry Gill and hope the seizures pass asap. I imagine just wanting to be alone is his way of coping.  I don't know if you are a member but there is a yahoo support group for people with littlies who have seizures. It may give some little bit of support to you? I know how hard it is and how helpless you feel.  Franta knows how much you care and love him and increasingly I'm realising that that's about all you can do sometimes.
  look after yourself too

Adraid Franta no better.

He had a seizure at 0300 and oner at 1200 and he is still lying very still and quiet getting over it.

I slept not too bad considering and we are sleeping with the bed light on for Franta so its not completely dark.

Poor boy gets exhausted after a seizure and aslo goes blind for while. He knocked over the water dish and one food bowl ended up on other side of room, water every where and he was soaked.

I am now exhausted again too and cant stop my hands shaking.

He had his injection around 1030 but knew what was coming and was lying on his back looking defiant. We had a big fight and he then wasnt talking to me, its so sad and am sure that is making him stressed, it certainly is stressing me.

Just been looking at his records and the seizures lasted for 4 days last time, I do hope not so long this time  and last time and now, very different to the first time. They come on quicker and dont think they are so violent but it maybe he cant fight them now as he was which makes them happen quicker and easier.

Have to go and get some cat food in about 20 mins, we go through nearly a box in a day! Best time to go out I have decided is after him having a seizure and wont be very long cos am going locally.

Just hope he improves soon
