So what insurance are you referring to, which company and what didnt they cover?

*touch wood* - I have so far never had a problem claiming back money from my insurance company.  I'm with Petplan and they have been superb so far.   I've had to claim just over £1,000 for a few things for one of my cats.

I don't understand - is there a £200 excess?

I know they don't cover bloods and routine stuff. I know we manage to spend a fortune each year and none of it claimable.
