Him being groomed by Indy is great cos you dont have them being scared of each other cos of vet smell  ;D

Pleased everything went well........remember hormonal changes dont happen immediately  ;)

Nurse said there is a pinch to be grabbed so they'll do it  :evillaugh:

This normally happens just before birth (like humans i think  :-: )

Ideally these behaviours should never be exhibited, if only more vets would get the message  :tired: theres plenty there on a 10-12 week old

our vet will only operate on males where things have dropped - if that is the case with him they should be able to do the op I think

Tell him Aunty Chloe and Uncle T are sending him big  :hug: :hug: (and an extra one for Indy, of course :hug:) Both say fingers crossed (actually, Mr T says LEGS crossed :briggin:)

they are the vets that put Misha at 11 weeks when I got him (prev owners said 9-10, vets said 10-11)

just got off phone to them, he is not to eat past 9pm and no fluids after 7am and going for a grope at 8:30am tomorrow, if they are big enough he is getting left and I retrieve him missing a bit at 4pm... though he will have gained a chip

You don't know for definite how old he is seeing as you didn't have him from a baby so he could well be older than you think anyway, I'd just tell the vet he's at least 5 months.

In that case i would be very temped to insist on the vets doing the op, it may not be the optimum time, but i doubt very much that 4 weeks early will make a whole lot of difference.

Misha is my 4 month moggy boy but he has started acting out already

he has started spraying, picking fights with Indy (real fights not play) clawing at walls, carpet etc then peeing on them and even agro displays to the dogs, Indy only started this at 5 months and got the snip, calmed down straight away.

My problem is the vets won't neuter him before 5 months and I can't keep him around other animals like this! mum is not happy about him destroying her house either and is making noises about getting rid if I can't get him done soon just because of the safety of our other pets more than the damage to the house... though being woken up at 2am by a cat spraying her she isn't exactly too understanding at mo...

Feliway has not helped in the slightest

what can I do? he has passed a healthcheck at vets so not ill or injured and he is eating like there is no tomorrow
