Poor girl. Panda the staffy pup I have here was bad with mang and KC also looks to of been beaten
Under weight and in a state
I hope someone can give this girl a home, there is no need for animals to get in this state

That face is so sweet. I would love a doggy but not sure how the kitties would take it.
