Sparky is a 6yr (ish) black, SLH puss cat that has been through the wars. He has come to us as the current person looking after him (one of our nice fosters) is away for a few weeks. But he has come into us via an emergency plea.. Sparky was found a few months ago at the side of the rd and was taken in by a young couple with a few kids.. Sadly he was bullied and i think generaly their lives have got so busy and relationship problems that poor Sparky ended up in a shed and making a mess everywhere. He wasnt cruely treated but has been in the wars and no one taking in notice of him and the conditin he was in...

He was taken to out of our vets that we tend not to use as too expensive and a relation of the couple that had sparky paid for all his vet MOT so that he could find his way into our care..

He is severely underweight, had two old fratures that have healed up in a funny way and he walks with a limp and his leg is abit mishappen, has a few dodgy teeth, is covered in scraches and a few bites and has a very severe eye infection. He was FIV FELV tested and that came back with high PCB levels (whatever that is).. he is on antibotics and will need his teeth sorted, but his eye isnt good and i think even though on meds i will get him down the vets next week if no improvement. He is all bones, has a pot belly and still purrs and loves a cuddle even though he doesnt know us very well..

Good call on our fosterers here to alerting us to his plight and for the lovely relation who cared enough to pay for all his his vet treatment so far..

Lets hope he makes a full recovery and we find him a nice quiet home to call his own..
