So it has each members bid and amounts and a total at the bottom for each member.
It includes the feed a cat, the cat pic show, the guess a weight of cake and name a cat threads.
I will now check what payments me have had in and post on relivent threads so auctioneers can dispatch those items
lol might take me a while to post for all payments had in so far.
All chq payments to go to Paws Inn direct. Payable to Paws Inn Cat Rescue and please pm me for the address to send it to. Once the chq clears, Teresa will tell me and either she or myself will post that it is ok to send out the items for chq payments.
I hope we get a smooth run of payments and dispatch of items and all members recieve what they have won. If for any reason a member can't pay, then the item will go to the previous bidder for that item but i hope we wont have to do that. please let me know asap if there is a prob with payment. Thats why it's important not to send out the items untill we have had the payment confirmed in.
If anyone does not receive any items they have paid for , please please let me or staff know as this is very very wrong and somethiong we do not like it to happen at all so i will def want to know why the items were not sent out.
We will be chasing and updating the threads and locking them once payment has been made and item received.
