Maybe the police can remove the dog seem so he is threatening to kill it, would it just go to a pound tho?

i can try the rescue where we got bully from, as i am a member on there,

Tina, have you tried putting this dog on dog pages? Might have more success than here. Sorry I can't help more - I don't know anyone in that area.

"yeah the other dogs fine, there both in good health, but he has visitation rights to his children and his ex partner has said he cant have the kids while he has the dog.

I know the dog well as it's actually a mate of mine brother who owns it and its a nice enough dog but if he dont get it homed soon he will kill it. I only have a couple of days before he gets drunk and threatens it again. Hes not right in the head, he will kill it soon iof i dont get it out of there, poor thing.

none of the dogs home will take it cos of the fact its part akita and they said chances of someone wanting him are slim to none and they dont have the funds to keep a dog indefinatly"

Just been informed that the dog is around abouts SG6 1 area.

The person who is trying to help this poor dog, said she can help transport it.

I have asked more questions, to see if the RSPCA has been called.

It never ceases to amaze me how pedigreed animals can be allowed to cross out with other pedigreed animals ... and such a combination - will need to go to a person who is a very experienced dog handler as poor management could result in a very dangerous dog. Hope they find a good solution for this fella ...

Hi, found this on a car forum i use....   
The person who has posted this is in Hertfordshire.
This is what they has written

"Im trying to find a home for a dog, hes a Akita cross rotty, tan colored and needs re homing a.s.a.p. Im trying to find someone to take him that has no kids and pref no other animals (he does live with a white Alsatian currently but i cant promise he will get on with any other dog). Hes 2 1/2 years old. His owner is an alcoholic and decided he wanted the dog put down cos he didnt want it anymore. He has now decided putting him down will cost too much so he has threatened to kill the dog himself if he is not re homed soon. (we know he will too)

The dog has never bitten but i would advise anyone to think about it carefully as he is a big-ish strong dog. He has not been miss treated but is just trained with the basic commands. either, so needs someone who is willing to train him up. He would make a great guard dog.
