My lot love opticat but I was worried it would be dross being so cheap - they also really really really (I mean really) love the small foil trays of cat food Lidl do for 21p each - again I was worried it would be rubbish stuff so dont get it too much but when I do they wolf it down!

Think Lidl do both Opticat and Coshida. I used to feed Jameson Coshida and he always went crazy for it.

I thought it was Lidl's own one?

I bought a few cans when I was in there today just for a bit of variation. they have 8% named meat compared to 4% as with felix or whiskas.

Edit - maybe the pouches are called that? - I just looked and the tins are called Coshida. I just opened a tin and shared it between Clapton, Alice and Willow. They are all devouring it - Even Willow who is the pickiest eater ever and won't touch Whiskas or Felix. It is the tuna one and it smalls like cat food used to smell if anyone know what I mean?  :evillaugh: - it smells as I remember kit-e-cat smelling when I was tiny

It's only 34p for a big tin  :) - they have about 4 flavours.

DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

Not sure what anyone thinks to opticat?  I searched just in case before posting  :innocent:

But Kennel Gate have a while it lasts offer of 44 pouches for 5.28

No idea what the meat is I think from my dreadful grasp of german  (think its german!) its beef in gravy and lamb and ......something in gravy

Anyway not sure if its just locally or all of them

hope that helps some one
