Do give Jo a ring in the morning and see if she can help, even if she can't take her in for rehoming (she's only very small rescue so can't take many at a time) she will likely know someone who might be able to foster her until she can be found a permanent home. If Jo can't help I could foster her myself for the time being - I have a good size spare room she could stay in.
In the meantime, you say she's living in the downstairs loo, presume that means you havent got a spare room you can put her in with her bed, litter tray and food/water etc? If there is a possibility of giving her a room a bit more suitable and away from the dogs that would be better. It would then mean you could plug in a Feliway diffuser just to help her settle a bit because she sounds very stressed and not surprising really with such a lot of changes going on in a short space of time. Feel free to pm me if you need any more info about rescues etc, although I'm just about to go offline now, back on tomorrow
