Yes - the story is, they first appeared about 18 months ago and kept begging for food. I was talking to my neighbours Jon & Daph 3 doors up who said they belong to someone they know in a side street off the High Street where we live. Jon and Daph had been feeding them and even allowing them in their house after their cat Gershwin died. Soe time later, they tried adopting a cat after someone died. They were keeping the cat in and stopped feeding J&J (
) - I informed him they were girls
- anyway, they are always around and always after food. AFAIK, the owner is a bit of a hippy type with loads of cats. He makes and teaches guitar apparently. I know some say you shouldn't feed cats in case they are on prescription food. You can tell these 2 aren't just chancers but genuinely hungry. I would be surprised if they even get proper vet treatment, let alone prescription food. One of they was begging to come in the house the other day when it was raining - obviously I couldn't allow it but I can't begrudge them the odd plate of food. I give then RC sensible 33.
