Iv got 6 free almo nature, they sent them instead of 6 animonda carny and i will be getting a refund for the carny when they can get their finger out to check they do actually have my payment, its left my bank acc  :tired:

Why does everyone except me get discounts and vouchers from zooplus following complaints  :(  I had crap service from them and when they eventually responded they refunded me the cost of the food that hadn't turned up but no additional discount or vouchers or anything  :'(

I got this too, but with my penchant for starting emails when there is already one on the same topic I didn't want to risk it  :evillaugh:

I bet they send the item to my old address, even though I sent them three emails to inform them I was moving when we waited nearly a month for our cat trees.

My last order with them was severely delayed and they did keep me informed about it being new procedures with logistics or something. They sent me another email once they dispatched my order telling me I would get a discount on my next order due to the problem. I was happy enough with that.

Now I have just received another email, about a moonth later, telling me "a small surprise" will be arriving in the post! Again as an apology for the delay on my last order. Wonder what it is?

I have to say, I never have had a discount and a gift for a delayed order with any other company before.
