Titch is still quite wobbly so Sean has advised I go over tomorrow to see her as he said she definitely won't be coming home today. She is still eating well which is a good sign and hopefully they'll be further improvement with her tomorrow
She really was in a bad way on Saturday night and I did get her in as an emergency as she couldn't even stand up without falling over, the fact she's eating is a dramatic improvement as she wouldn't have been able to do that the state she was in, I will update tomorrow after I've spoken to Sean and hopefully he will think she's well enough to come home

I am so sad for little Titch. Those of you who read the Manchester cats thread will know that she came from a terrible home where she lived with 13 other cats - 9 of them unneutered with kittens being born left right and centre and being killed as they were born. Dawn (especially) and I worked hard to get them out of there over a period of three weeks and Dawn took them all back with her where they settled well and some of them have homes to go to. Titch is the sweetest of them, the others were pretty wild but are now coming round. She so doesn't deserve this and she must get better to move onto her new and happy life. Lots and lots of positive thoughts needed for this little girl.

just seen this. If it's the vestibular inner ear thing, it often does get better but think from what my vet said that it sometimes takes a bit longer than 24 hours possibly? I really am hoping that there's an improvement today and she feels less dizzy asap
good that she's eating and having the best of care. all the best.

I rang earlier and Trevor said she is still very wobbly but she's eating really well and has asked me to go in later and see what I think, he said she's still not brilliant but much better than she was on Saturday night so fingers crossed

Had to rush Titch in last night, she is one of the cats from Manchester and an absolute sweetheart. She was staggering around and couldn't keep her balance bless her. Trevor said it seemed like she'd got a middle ear infection which you can't see and it has gone onto her brain. She was given an injection and kept in overnight and Sean rang me this morning. There has been no improvement so he's upped her steroid dose and he wants to give her 24 hours. Sometimes in these cases, they do recover but they usually have a marked difference in a few hours but sadly there isn't with Titch. I will just have to wait and see what tomorrow brings
Keep your fingers crossed tomorrow will bring good news
