Most cats have finished growing by 12-18 months old (a lot of ped breeds are the same although some take longer). Different story though if you have NFCs as they carry on growing until they are 5 years old and Maine Coons are about 4 years when they stop.

Edited for sentence not making sense due to writing the same word twice, doh!

Many of the big pedigree breeds grow till 4 years old , so any moggy who has some ped genes down the line will prob grow for longer too......maybe thats why misa is so huge

Many pedigree breeds are slow maturing and will continue to grow until they are 3 or 4 years old.  Mosi is still growing and he will be 3 in December.  For moggies, it can vary but most are done with skeletal growth by a year - 18 months, although they will continue to fill out after that and develop more muscle.

Allegedly cats grow until they are about 2 yrs old, however, there is one breed Maine Coon I think that grows until it is about 4.
