yes it was really lovely to be able to send a little one back to its rightful home.   The owner was over the moon and just couldn't believe that after a month he had been found and he was getting him home....

.. although I did get a surprise when he turned up at my door the evening before picking him up to see him ....... in a fire engine!!!  bet that had the neighbours wondering what was going on.

Great news folks.... we had a little one come into our care and have managed to get him home safe!!!!  :wow:

Benny or Bon as we found out was his real name had followed a young girl home and after not moving for several days the family called us.  We popped down on Friday afternoon whilst out and about and brought him home with us to the rescue that evening.  He was very thin and bedraggled looking and was a beautiful young ginger tom that i fell in love with instantly.   :Luv2:

We scanned the youngster and thankfully he had a microchip and has been sucessfully reunited with his owner this morning who is elated at getting the wee man back.   He has been missing since the 5th July... exactly 1 month to the day that he is returning home! :)

I just wanted to post this good news and say, please don't give up hope. Your little one may be another little Bon just waiting for someone to find him and send him home.
