Yeah probably worrying over nothing, Charley loves other cats he just doesn't seem to have very good social skills. Most interactions between him and Henry go like this-

Charley- play?
Henry- go away
Charley- just play
Henry- go away
Charley- I'm going to jump on you anyway in case you do want to play.
Even when Henry gives him a smack on the nose he still doesn't know why it happened.

On the plus side he hasn't annoyed Henry once since we got Garf which is for the most part making for a happy house.

Ahhh sounds like Charley is just being a bit jealous .... The easiest way to sort it out is to just give Garf another mouse as soon as Charely takes one off him.  As long as there is no actual fighting I'm sure they will work it out between themselves.

We recently took on cat number 3, a stunning little ginger cat called Garfield. Introductions went well, Charley seems to like his new friend and follows him everywhere and between the 2 there hasn't been any hissing or fighting.

However Charley can't bear Garf playing with his toys, I'd understand if it was Da Bird and co and these are his favourite, but its a little catnip mouse that we have 4 of and whichever one Garf has Charley decides he wants even though pre-garf he rarely (if ever) played with them. Henry our older cat never plays with toys so Charley has never had to share his toys however Charley will chase Henry away from the water bowl if Henry is at it, even though there is another 2 he can drink from (and he will drink from the other bowls but again if Henry is using it he wants it).

I'm just not sure if this is Charley's way of saying he is the boss and it will blow over OH seems to think so but I'm worried that it may cause probelms once Garf realises that Charley is a big softy.
