Rescue Cat trapped in bathroom cabinet for 44 days up for award

It was Sabrina's dear puss that was lost under kitchen units.

It's a horrible thought and I try not to dwell on it too much, but I often think about poor Sabrina and how she must be feeling.

The lady looks older, maybe shes hard of hearing....
It does happen tho, was a sad story not long ago of a purrs kitty going missing only to be found under the kitchen units some time later, and sadly she didnt make it 

Oh no, that's so sad! 

Mmm, yeh maybe you're right but I'm hard of hearing and if one of my cats went missing, I would turn the house over numerous times to try and find them. I can't imagine not tearing the house apart almost to see if they were trapped anywhere.

This story doesn't add up to me, anyone else think it's strange?

This cat was missing for 44 days and found in a bathroom cupboard where she lived! 

Two things spring to mind:
Didn't the owners think to check the cupboard at any point during the six weeks she was missing?
Wasn't there a time when they surely would have heard the cat in the cupboard long before she was found?

Ahhh poor baby .... goes to show you should always CHECK IN THE HOUSE FIRST when a furbabe goes AWOL.
