OMG, they are terrors! Beautiful though and VERY sweet.

I can't give them the run of the house yet, we're redecorating the corridors and upstairs landings - getting them plastered on the weekend so it's not safe for little furballs to roam - YET! They seem to be pretty content terrorising the front room, then they go to a spare bedroom for sleeps.

Still slightly concerned that Rufus is drinking so much water. Initially he had the runs, but it's all settled now yet still drinking a lot? Aww, poor baby!!

OMG they are beautiful.  Personally I would give them the run of the house ... they will have so much fun exploring and it's great watching them discovering all the new things.

Well i was told to put them in a quiet room, but they like the company :) I sat with them for ages (i was just reading a book) but they just kept snuggling up to me and eating my pages!! Bad boys  :evillaugh:

Rufus is definately the more shy, and Alfie is obsessed with toes.

They've wolfed down their supper tonight, had a few little poo's (TMI but they are my babies!!) but do seem to be drinking a LOT of water. They are in a spare bedroom at the moment with their litter, a bed, a comfy cat cot, some din dins, plenty of toys but i feel that it's cruel!! I might introduce them to the rest of the house tomorrow, then put them back into their room for bed....

Any tips...? I'm off to browse the forum for kitty advice xxx

Hi Leah and  :welcome: to Purrs,

Fingers crossed all goes well with the homecheck and your boys will be with you soon ... I bet you can't wait can you?

Looking forward to seeing lots of pics of the little tearaways once they settle in.

You will find loads of really usual information and links on this site and as it is such a friendly active forum there is always someone around to offer advice and assistance should you need it.

You will notice at the bottom of the page there is a "clicky" link to Zooplus.co.uk  this is a wonderful site where you can buy accessories and food and if you do visit them via the link and buy anything Purrs gets a commission.  All monies raised on Purrs is given back to cat rescues so not only will you be able to spoil your babies you are also helping other cats/kittens in rescues.

Looking forward to chatting more and hearing all about the babies.

OK, I tried Go or Go Ahead

:shify:  As I said, although a hippy, I am aging  :evillaugh:  Still, I can wander back to my Cockney Rebel and Bob Seger

Edited to remove a remark, meant entirely in fun, but which I am afraid may have upset Leah  :scared:.  I am truly sorry for this and for my insensitivity  :(

Look for "go or go ahead" - always a good place to start! He's slightly depressive but AMAZING live!

Hi Leah &  :welcome: to Purrs

Congratulations on your new adoptees  ;D  Love their names, they were both on my shortlist when I adopted my two boys.  Looking forward to hearing more about them when they arrive.  Good on Bridgend CP for neutering early - it's the way forward!

This one is called Whisky and has been there for a few months now. He had moved into someone I knows home after a long time but they are quite elderly and decided that it would not be fair for him to stay.............but now he is locked in a pen after being free and roaming for a long time and eventually finding himself a nice home....he thought :(

They wouldnt let me take them all! They didn't have two together that were suitable (they were semi-ferral) so i had to get babies - not that i am upset by this, just would have preferred having older cats with less chance of being rehomed!
