I have a cat trap which you are more than welcome to have, it's only been used twice and has been successful twice :evillaugh: And now just sits in the garage gathering dust as the garden is now secure so no more waifs and strays, and of not much use to me now.

I'm sure the manufacturers could help. Try MDC.

Try a friendly blacksmith they should be able to craft new bits

Or try getting in touch with the manufacturer and asking if the do replacement parts for a small fee!

I'm lucky being married to a mechanical engineer he fixed all our old branches traps and cut new perspex for them to, he also modified our crush cages to allow vets with big fingers to get them near the cat! :innocent:

Two of our older traps are now broken, considering  how much they cost its not that good news. But is it worth repairing them, its all to do with the spring and rod i think.. They bend and thus never work and as we all know you only get so many chances with catching a cat....

Ideas appreciated, otherwise they may end up at the dump sadly...!
