They look absolutely adorable!  :wow: Look at those iclke bitty baby whiskers!  :blow kiss: Remind me why it is we do this again?  :evillaugh:

And, well, mum is being a typical lady as it's always a lady's perogative to change her mind.  :sneaky: Let's hope she doesn't change it again.  :shify:

Julie, don't forget, you have first dibs on names for the little monkies  :)  I'll have to see what sex they are but the little tortie is deffo a girl........I think  :evillaugh:

Dawn, that's so good of you and OH and I were waiting to have a good think.   It's such a nice gesture.  :Luv:

Soooo (((((DRUM ROLL)))))

In memory of the 3 Cinque Port kittens who passed away, we would like:-

Hastings - the Black
Dover - the Tortie
Sandwich - the Black and White

Good luck my babies!  :blow kiss:

Shortly after making my last post, the gorgeous Socks decided she wanted her babies back    Very strange considering she wouldn't have anything to do with them since Friday  :-:  I will have to keep a close eye on her but up to now, she's back to being the doting mum she was last week  :Luv2:  :Luv2:

Are there any pictures?

I'll take some more of them as soon as I get chance, hopefully later on   They seem to be doing okay but I really could have done without this, I work weekends so it's a pain in the  :censored: and my boss is not very amiable when it comes to cats/kittens, and i don't make a good employee when I'm tired so we've had a couple of spats today  :naughty:

Still no luck reuniting Socks with her babies  :tired:  She's been to see Uncle Sean though and she does have a slight temp which he said will probably be making her feel like  :censored:  On checking her as well, she is only producing a tiny bit of milk on one side and the other is completely dry, he said with the constant suckling, this will make her feel sore and this could be part of the problem with her.  He's given her a jab and also given me an Oxytocin jab to give her if she shows interest in the kittens again.  This should stimulate her milk, but I can't believe he's given it me to give her as I  :censored: hate needles  :sneaky:  If she shows no interest, I'm just going to let her dry up, there's no point in stimulating her if she's not going to let them suckle.  She can be spayed in a couple of weeks and then placed for rehoming   :Luv2:

Socks has decided this evening she doesn't want to be near her babies  :tired:  She's hissing and spitting at them and isn't a happy bunny at all.  It looks like these little ones are going to have to be handreared but I've just texted Sean and Socks will be going in tomorrow for a checkover to make sure everything is okay with her.  Hopefully she's just feeling a bit under the weather, and when she's feeling better she'll accept them back but for now, it looks like I'll be joining Lesley in some more sleepless nights  :sneaky:

They're just simply purrrrfect!  :Luv: :Luv:  8)  ;)

they are indeed - the B&W  :Luv: :Luv: - mind you Mum & the other babes are  :Luv: :Luv: too. - She's one lucky girl makes me sick they could part with her just like that. Though at least she wasn't just dumped and left to fend for herself and her babes.

I didn't expect any different Lesley  :evillaugh:  She had an easy birth and took it all in her stride bless her, if only we could bounce back that easy after popping sprogs   ;)

I don't care how easy they might make it, give me cats anyday - no sprogs for me.
