All doing well today, got called out to a toilet factory today and realised just how much my life revolves around poop, so no mention of poop for a little while

Uh-oh  Too many poop rays indeed.   >:(  Poor little soul, I do hope this can be sorted out.  Having said that, a friend of mine who has three beautiful Maine Coons, had awful problems with the smallest one, who had similar problems to Peddy.  He was back and forth to the vet, and they considered various options.  Eventually he had part of the bowel or intestine removed (not sure which).  He wasn't expected to pull through, but he did, and he's now approaching his 9th birthday.  He's a very handsome and happy cat, too so hope Pedro will grow up to be healthy and happy, as well as handsome.

And Mooch and Lollipuss (dear, gorgeous, solemn little Lollipuss!  :) ) have new homes!   ;D  That's great news.  Am glad they'll be staying together.

Sending playful tickles to Pedro, Diablo and Marguerite  :wow:

:shify: Peddy, is definutly a "fut..."  :shify:   :evillaugh:

Maybe we sent too many cosmic poop rays?  :-:

And just maybe I am getting a little paranoid where poop is concerned; strange though read well over 3000 times so I cant be alone. Mega colon is the most awful thing to deal with especially with a kitten so young so maybe I have an excuse, then again maybe I`m just senile

Mooch and Lollipuss will be going to their new home together on Thursday evening, all thanks to a someone reading this thread and before you guess not a regular member  my lips are sealed.

Bit crossed he trumps and gets de-gassed bless - and I hope his colon sorts its self out as he gets older, poor little fella.  At least he's in the right hands  :hug:xx

Ello its Pedro ere, I has bin to the vets and he says I need to do giant f**t,sorry his words. I is not bunged up I is gassy cos Lactulose bin working good, I haz been pooping but human thought it was Diablo and Marguerita, honest I will have to learn to write so I can put label on saying Peddys Poop, this human is just stupid and paranoid, now I as to cut my lactulose down to twice a day shame its nice and sweet.

Paddyyyyyyyyyy what is a f**t is it blowing off  :shy: :-[

is this colon problem something that can improve T or is he likely to need help for life?
There is a big chance that he will need major surgery when he is bigger but we are hoping for an improvement by keeping him regular with the lactulose, I gather from Rebecca that the mega bit could shrink back into shape if we keep it empty. Sorry not good at explaining.

No more poop except the almost constant drip of the overflow, I seem to have spent weeks worrying about poop and just as we thought it was alright back to square one;hes been having lactulose 3 times daily but still poop is heading to mega colon  it seems. In to vets at 10.50,today is one of those days when I need to sit down and break my heart but I just havent got time.
Should add Pedro is bright and eating and apart from constant trips to his tray is oblivious to all the worry.

Peddy is on poop alert again; have just given him an enema and he let out an enormous scream before running to litter tray a couple of minutes later to begin his hopefully pooping marathon.

Fantastic news, Teresa, always wondeful to have a nice ending.. I was telling my 2 current kittens that it was about time they shaped up and got their paws under someone else's table, so they'd better stop hissing at everything that moves!

Huggi now Harry and email received.

Hello Theresa
Just to let you know Harry is running around like a maniac.  Climbing, cork screwing, skipping.  You name it he is doing it. Eating well, and has a purr on him like a motor boat.
Thanks once again he is gorgeous.
Regards Jane

2nd email received from Monkey

Hi Teresa,

Just a quick email to let you know that monkey has settled in well and
is having fun with our other cat Daisy. She's so affectionate and
loving, she's a little angel.

Thanks again and we'll stay in touch.

Gavin

Normally kittens go in pairs but both these people had another cat for company.
