Advertising for CP branches-Neutering

I know. That's what I thought when I posted it but sadly there's too much money and a huge company in the way.

That's okay CS, I understand. Just think it's a shame this advert will have such a limited airing. Would have been great to get the message over to more people; after all, this is the cause of most of the problems cats face: too many of the little monsters!

Sadly HK that would break so many laws. I have had to jump through hoops to get permission to put it here.

The end of the copyright falls with me and therefore with the company I work for. Any breaches would land me at risk of losing my job, and a good friend-the voiceover-who kindly let me use it here.

It contains sound effects which are half licenced and half owned by my company (the Corporal Smokey ones). The script is protected, the performance is protected and the audio at the end is protected. Also, a charity have paid a lot of money to have it made and have been kind enough to let me use it as an example.

Please don't take it personally but I'm going to have the audio removed. If anyone wants to hear it I will be happy to send over a version, although I will corrupt the audio quality first.

If this script is seen or heard anywhere other than on Gemini FM without the express permission of Exeter CP and the comapny I work for I would have no choice but to pursue legal action.

I'm so tempted to record this using Audacity and make a vid using clipart (or my own piccies) to illustrate hundred of cats, looking more like those horrid magazine flea-control adverts than like cute kittens! Wonder if I'd get away with it? At least more people would see and hear the message. I'd edit out the number and "Exeter" part.

Exeter CP have just started a campaign on Gemini FM. There are two adverts, one for rehoming and one for neutering.

The rehoming one features a super cute child acting as cat and it don't half tug on the heart strings. You'll have to PM me for info on that one as I haven't got the relevant permission to post it.

The other is for neutering awareness. I have permission on this one and as if by magic it will appear on the thread soon...

It would have a music track when on air and Exeter CP have very kindly allowed me to let you all hear it. If any branches are interested in running the same ad (tagged to say local branch) it would cost less than having a brand new ad made.

It also features the voice talent of Corporal Smokey who says he will be very reasonable with his rates.
