They claim it's a good food but to be honest I don't agree with half the things they say. It seems to be it's lacking something crucial especially fat and protein which is just too low for some dogs. I've come across a huge amount of people who's dogs have the same sort of issues on Burns (there are a number of threads on this on several dog forums) .... loss of weight, poor coat condition, lethargy, scavanging, coprophagia (poo eating-most their own) then they just refuse to eat it. Change the food to something like Arden Grange, CSJ etc and all those symptoms go. Of course there are those dogs who do fine on it.
