There is no contact info on the national pet register site .... but maybe you could try calling the homebase store .... there may be a poster up.

tabby with white chest, possibly male very friendly seen at homebase store, worthing . not sure if got on a van with a delivery and is lost or lives nearby ? has only been sighted recentley wandering around store. homebase is on a busy roundabout and main road which is why think it could be lost. no collar
